wat do u think ? considering i was bored and needed to use the paint program cuz it was never used ?

It's cool for a Paint pic. Your letters are better formed than I could've done.
But yeah, it's nearly double the allowed height of 200 px. Scale it down.

how?
i used airbrush for the hyrule and my mouse sucks and cant keep holding on something an move so i tried ...
and like i just said ... how do u scale it down ?
and i would like to make it my avy how do i do that ?
EDIT:if someone like crazien or PBO says its good id be happy

Click Resize. Check the Pixels button. Make it 100 x 100 for an avatar. No bigger than 500 horizontal and 200 vertical for a sig.

Evidently I've been told it was 300 pixels high but I'm still fuzzy on that one. It made me smile to say the least. You could try doing colorings if you want to use Paint

You just put into something that can resize it. Try Photobucket or Download GIMP. Or get PS

GIMP is a free program. Just go to gimp.org.

GIMP can do anything PS can do. Mostly. Except work in 16bit. And a few other things. Just download and I think even the tuts on the download site would help you out.
