I'm now Ranked 5th. I'll tell you this, it isn't easy making your way up the Stats Page.
cheating-is-good is Ranked 4th. I will have to gain about 50,000 Points before I even pass him. That will surely take some time.

If you're desperate for points, do what Alexzandr and a few other members did last year; answer the few thousand San Andreas questions and post constantly in the forum games section. They're all years old and have like 100 answers each, so just re word one of them, and boom, 9999999 points :D
Edit: Wow, despite 3 years of absence i'm still fairly close to the top. Although I was 14th last time I checked >.<

Yeah, I'll pass. I like doing things the old fashion way. Besides, I'm not desparate for points. I know that the highest ranking I will ever be will be number two. I'm fine with that.
