These codes that are here for Nintendo DS don't work on Nintendo 3DS while playing a regular DS game on my 3DS is there something or some other cheats that will work on my 3DS when I'm playing a DS game????

Could you give a specific example of the game you're playing and which codes you're using? That would probably better help us understand what the problem is.

Also make sure you are using a new version of the Action Replay DSi. It should be compatible with the 3DS. http://us.codejunkies.com/blog/default.aspx?id=88&t=DSi-Action-Replay-now-3DS-compatible
