Im trying to connect my Account with my Facebook but all I keep getting is some girl named "Chlo Hayward" Yet im CJ Hayward...

Apparently you posted the wrong ID number.
I found yours and posted it in my profile to see if it would work and it does.
Remove the ID you have and copy and paste this - 100001666867374

Nikki, here's what you do:
Log in to Facebook.
On the top right of any page (non-mobile version, at least), you'll have the link that, if clicked on, will go to your wall. Click this, and in the URL bar, you'll have a link that's along the lines of "http://www.facebook.com/blahbittyblah"
Whatever that "blahbittyblah" part is, copy it. That's what you paste into the Facebook section on your Supercheats page.

In addition to what Julian said, you only want the numbers in the blahbittyblah part. That's your ID, and it can be found easiest when you go to your profile page.

If you go to your account settings and check out the 'username' part of it, you'll see a link that's "http://www.facebook.com/whatever"
The 'whatever' part is what you put into the Supercheats thing.
Try it that way.
Edit: Wait... I'm failing to see the problem, Nikki.
Your SuperCheats bio links to your Facebook, and you have some people from SuperCheats added. So... it's working.
Even searching up the email in your sig (like acreeper boss) comes up with the same profile. So... it's working, apparently. Haha.

Steelers, i don't know why but that happens on some profiles. On others it directly links you to the profile page. Try looking up her name on Facebook if you really want to friend her.
