Css and Javascript files from SC won't load inyo the cache once it's cleared. Ive tried IE, Chrome, and FF on my laptop, then dolphin on mobile. Same results. Luckily my cache hasn't cleared on this mobile version of FF.

I dunno - it should do I guess - this kind of thing is usually controlled by the browser It hink - but maybe we have a really low cache timeout/refresh - or whatever - Could that be it?

Maybe it was set low on accident. It was fixed within 30 minutes of this thread being open.
