Ok on the first 24 hours I used up all my posts correctly...
and then the second 24 hours it only let me post 12 times last night and this morning.. then it said I hit post quota.... and then now it let me post 8 times. .. and then it said I hit post quota... someone please help me..

There's no error. I don't think the post quota has a set number of posts it lets you make. It'll go away in the next couple days.

Sadly, the quota is in place to essentially stop programmed bots or paid advertisers taking advantage of a free posting system. It has a big downside in limiting the genuine members for their first week of posting.
But as Mike said above, it will go away fairly shortly. As for the error, I can only assume that either their is a genuine issue with it, or you may have gotten your timing mixed up.

The easiest way for me to explain the T&C quota system is this;
Say you make all of your 20 posts at 8pm. You would expect it to start over again in 4 hours, right? Wrong. You can't post again until 8pm the next day. The site looks at it like this; Have you made 20 posts within the past 24 hours? It doesn't query, "Have you made 20 posts TODAY."
