you get the steel teeth after beating realgam tower and after getting the D-Disk from the team snagem hideout after battling Gonzap. Miror B is at the realgam tower for your red id badge, you need 4 badges to get in to realgam tower. Hope I helped.

The man's teeth are in front of the colosseum in the under. You use the D-Disk to go down and you find yourself in a small corridor. There is a little sparkle on the floor and i think it's the Steel Teeth. Miror B was down there because at the end of the corridor is a door that leads to another colosseum. The man gives you the R-Disk I think. (I don't own the game so I'm tring to remember from what portion of it I played)
