I would like help setting up a fun team to use.

I have played through Emerald many times, and I wanted a fun different team to use. I do not want legendary Pokemon, and I do want to use my starter. The starters I have used the most are Torchic and Mudkip, and I have used Treecko a little. My teams normally consist of a fire, water, flying, fighting, electric/grass, and another misc. Pokemon that I just think is cool. This is just my normal setup, but I want to try something different to have some more fun, so any suggestion would be great.
