Today I went to see all my pending submissions and clicked to show them all. For some reason they all showed this:
for on
Every one of the 26 submissions said "for on" and I never typed "for on" in any of the submissions. Is it meant to say that of have my submissions had an error in them?

I think, you have not any error in your 26 submission, it add by the admin of every post.
