Ok so here is my issue. I collecting all the items on the wheel. I now have the tunnel of love in my inventory. But it is locked. How and where do i place this item??

Where is krustyland. I have found links in other peoples towns to krustyland but once I'm there I don't see an option to place anything. I'm sure this is simple but I just don't get it.

You will need to build your own Krustyland. Unfortunately you can't build it till you are at level twenty-something, when you will start the Krustyland quest, so until then it just sits in your inventory (I had the same thing happen to me at Christmas).
