The page jump is caused by the 3rd party plugins, like Facebookd and Google. It's probably the ones beside the links "Forum Home | Latest Posts | Search | Help | Rules | Forum Settings"
Bouncing from side to side is due to mobile browser zooming. It's only fixed when a website's textarea is the same width as your browser's screen. It's what mobile versions of websites correct.
Data usage is again due to all the 3rd party plugins. I count at least 10 per page.
I take it your post box is lagging, causing you to make mistakes? I ran into a problem like this a year ago. This site uses a lot of CSS3, like box shadow. It eats into the GPU of mobile devices and lags the whole device out. It happened to my Samsung Galaxy SII. Galaxy S5 and up seem to be better at handling CSS3, though.
