Well that's the point of this thread, now isn't it? At least we actually give this forum some activity, unlike you and the peanut brain friend of yours who's advertising forum games in another thread - so desperately seeking for some friends and activity.

But that's pretty much it. I can guarantee probably within five years from now, give or take a few years or so, you'll see what it's like to be in our shoes mate. Reminiscing this place like we oldies are doing as of right now, before this current time, and in the future. :P

This thread is about the old times here. I think he just can't read.

But yeah you pretty much added what I wanted to say Jack. Except I was too lazy to type that all ... and that there won't be too much to reminisce here in years time.

But there are always tons of threads about the good old days.

Ok mini_mario explain how I am 'desperately seeking friends'? To be honest, I advertised Forum Games so OTHER members that post there may get some increased activity; not for my own personal gain.

And the personal attacks are just ridiculous. Also the constant reminders that 'SC is dead and has been dead for a long time'; how are they 'bringing activity in'? They are instead, driving people away, which is your personal goal, & yours DB, & everyone else that has contributed to these forums reaching the point of no return.

I have no problem with old members catching up; it's great to see that. But the personal attacks are not ok.

Given the fact that Forum Games is a few sections below the General Chat forum so it isn't entirely necessary to advertise it since people could find it since it is literally right there. For the most part from what I've seen, not many people care a whole lot about FG though if I do remember correctly, it did have some cahoots with other forums back then, but that was years ago before activity levels began to decline in late 2010 and its luster was diminishing from that point and on. The "desperately seeking friends" part I may agree on being a bit out there, but in my eyes and thoughts, that's what was to be assumed. Nothing more or nothing less than that on my point of the subject of the Forum Games.

In regards to the "personal attacks" seems a bit too extreme in my book. The forums themselves I guess you could say "died out" when a plethora of us left to do other things in life. I.e, joining other lesser forums with other members around here, school, a full-time job, family, online gaming with people in their lives and/or the forums of gaming websites such as SC, or even life in general. When those people come back, that is pretty much the whole concept of catching up and remembering all the good times. And why would driving people away be a "personal goal" for some others if you don't mind me asking you that? It's not that there are some people purposely trying to drive other people away from a forum/blog/website/community/etc so that they'll never visit again because this place believe it or not is visited quite often despite the forums not being entirely active. This is the internet and in some cases, people take the forums, or even in some cases the internet itself, too seriously while others take the relaxed approach and just try to have a good time with what's on their platter.

Though I do appreciate you saying about having us older members talking about the good old days when we were around your guy's age and/or slightly older than that. And that we're also not trying to make you people feel hurt with what we say. Like I said before, this is the internet, and things like this ARE to be expected if you are on it and that is a cold hard truth.

Matt: You're taking this a bit too serious. As Jack said, that's what is being assumed because FG is literally one click away. And no; it is not no one's personal gain to drive anyone away from here. Like I said, you're taking everything on SC too serious.

But yes Matt mini is right. Long story short, we're not trying to sound vindictive, and you would probably say that SC is a pretty darn good place. In a way, it is, despite the only other area I lurk around on other than General Chat is the submissions area with what I'm currently working on as of now and with how barren this place became sadly. Anywho, you're still young. We're not asking you to change who you are, but do try to take things at more relaxed and mature level. You'll thank us later.
