Pokemon wise anyway.
They get all the good events. The Poke World has been waiting for the Dream World Ability Unova Starters for years, and they've only been released in Japan (as of recently). No news if the event will even one day be released international or not (I'm hoping so).
I want Contrary Serperior and Reckless Emboar so bad. :(
Man... I should just get a Japanese 3DS.

To be honest, 5th gen was the worst imo. Although I do have to say that a Contrary Serperior is something that I want for my team. If you're trying to look for a Japanese 3DS just go to your local video game store and see if they have them in stock. There's a ton selling here in New York. But yeah I hate that Japan gets these cool events while we're only stuck with the shiny beldum gift.

Contrary Serperior is awesome. I've seen what it can do in battle (people who hacked it of course).
I appreciate the Shiny Beldum, but it's something that isn't that rare. I mean, I have a ton of them.
You would have thought that they would have been available through Dream World, since it was introduced in 5th Gen.

Higher concentration of a fan base there probably. People as far as gaming go either go with Nintendo or Sony with more of a RPGs, fighters and platformers rather than shooters. With Microsoft being the joke lol they sold like 1,000 units once sheesh. Not including cell phones of course.
The only thing I ever really wanted was that shiny Magikarp.

because gyarados is a 100% garbage water/fly horrible
it was a lv. 99 shiney magikarp that knew splash/hydro pump/bounce/??? i forgot the last move but it was holding a rare candy as well
