Your screwed. You'll just have to trade to get another one or start over. Lapras isn't so great anyway.

When you released lapras you should of just turned your GBA off.

u can catch lapras on island 4 in icefall cave after u beat the e4. but it is rare.

ice fall cave is the only place to find lapras.

icefall cave is a cool place. you find lorelei yelling at some team rocket grunts in there. > Smile
