Yeah its close to the indonesian fault line but far enough away and sat on its own plate that its not really affected. If you click the 'All events' button on the bottom right you can see all the recorded earthquakes in Australia over the whole period. Not many. maybe a couple of dozen.
This place only seems to show the larger quakes, (rated 5 or above I think) There would be a lot more smaller ones. We get small ones from time to time in the UK but nothing that big.

Yeah I think they are all dormant. Teide we dont know what he will do if he goes again. The biggest worry is La Palma as there is a fault line where the island slowly is breaking in two. If island does break or if there is an eruption and again the island breaks in two it will take out most of the east coast of america. (and most of our islands, Tenerife not so much as its the highest of the islands altitude wise) That erupted last in 1979 or somewhere around that.
The newest is off the coast of El Hierro which one day may form a new island.
