A few days ago I sent Dan a PM about something and he never got it. Yesterday I sent him another PM with a screenshot of the never-received PM. He didn't receive that either.

I think I see the messages in the system so they have been added. All looks ok. I will need to test to see if there is a reason they are not being seen. Can you send me a similar message (private message etc) with any contents.

Just to make sure I understand. Can you clarify what you mean by notification?
Are you getting an email? Is the option to get an email for PM's on in your Account settings?
