I'd even recommend Pokemon Shuffle Mobile over GO. It's a matching game with Pokemon's faces. At level 200's it gets a little freemium-ish, but until then there are only a few tough levels.

Hoping to get a Nintendo Switch next year, I lost interest in a Wii U once I heard the new console rumors. Pokken Tournament, Mario Kart 8, Splatoon, and Smash 4 are the top Wii U titles for me.

I'm not sure if I'll get one. It's supposedly being released in March 2017 and by then Year 12 will be getting full on, and then in the coming months it will become a nightmare. Also I don't know if it's worth getting a console that is designed for multiplayer, yet I will be the only one who uses it. Also seems stupid to start again on games like Mario Kart 8. It's also **** me off if other people actually return to Nintendo consoles and get the games I have on Wii U for Switch, leaving me once again with no-one to play with.
Ok rant over it's just been a messed up year.
The Wii U games I own are:
New Super Mario Bros U + New Super Luigi U: Good plain Mario game, little replay value of course but a good game to last a fair while.
Super Mario 3D World: An amazingly good game. Offers 4 playable characters from the start of the same and an unlockable 5th character later on. Pretty much a mix of Super Mario galaxy and Super Mario 3D Land for 3DS. Beautiful levels and graphics, 12 worlds, more replay value than you'd expect, and great soundtracks. I say the best game I own for the Wii U.
Mario Kart 8: Probably the best Mario game so far. Lacks a proper battle mode (an example of dumb Nintendo) but VS mode returned and the online is lag-free and fun. Didn't like how retro courses weren't actually retro often as they were completely redesigned (adding in completely new sections of the course) and how they had new music but overall a great game.
Super Smash Bros Wii U: A great Smash bros game. Offers nearly 60 characters and nearly 40 stages, and would be an amazing game if Nintendo weren't dumb and left out a campaign because of a dumb reason. Is a good game and actually has playable online but feels incomplete sadly.
Super Mario Maker: A great game, very refreshing from the normal Super Mario series. Offers millions of levels and up to 100 uploadable of your own levels depending on how other players feel about your levels. Also has other game modes and is overall a pretty good game.

FreezShock What's wrong with a Wii? I was so glad it has backwards compatibility. I could only find The Sims on GameCube so when I found out I could still play it, it made me happy
Yeah I know but it has those side things. I think it was just me moaning about how Nintendo advertise their products with 4 happy people playing the console when in reality (in Perth) I'll be extremely lucky to even have one person. I also hate when they show families playing together. My family never has and never will play a video game together. Pisses me off to the max.
