Its kb is too big. Make one with 5 kb or less 'cause it will get larger after designing.
I suggest a video game pic because those are really small kb. If you can't find one let me know and I'll attempt it.

Here is a Latios. Save it, then open it up with paint and re-save it under jpeg. It should be the right size. All my pics are 100x100 and under 12 kb:

no, don't save it as jpg. i found that it turns blurry. png works fine, but might contain more kb. but uhh, thanks for saying i was like the only person that can read. i feel so thnkful...
