Haha, I was only 5 pounds lighter while in the same grade...I think. Regardless, I find weight loss incredibly difficult so I'm hitting around 190 2 months b4 I turn 16. Not the best weight when I go in for a physical.

I grew about a foot during sixth grade. So yeah, there was that. lol

When seventh grade started, I was a little over six feet tall and roughly 150-160. I grew another two inches during high school - I'm still 6'2" - and I still weigh 180-185. Always tried to be like 200-205 when the football season started in high school, just so I didn't get seriously jacked. But after the season ended, I usually dropped the weight (before having to regain it in muscle during the summer).

Those days are long gone, but I still try to stay around 180-185. Working on getting my pack back at the moment. Wish I was smaller like some of you, because I've heard it's a little easier than for bigger people.

Lol I just work out as part of my karate. It's 2 hours 15 minutes, half being workout, next half being actual karate practice.

LOL the only exercise I get is walking to and home from school, walking to classes, or around my friend's 1-3 hectare property when we're filming.

Moh, 86kg (your weight in kg) isn't even that bad, especially if you don't put on much more going into adulthood. In all countries there's a decent percentage of people over 220 pounds. Being thin isn't always a good thing. If you saw me irl, you would not think at all that I'm 18.

I definitely should do some exercise. If not for good genetics my weight could be significantly higher... I'm seriously unfit. Problem is I lack motivation...and food is so tasty! I better hope people like me for my personality, cause it's looking thin in the looks department.

But Moh seriously 85kg isn't something to worry about. Same with you Warrior at max you're 83.9kg apparently.

A lot of people, even guys, can have even minor issues with body image. One of my friends was worried about his weight even though there was literally no reason for him to complain.

And I know this second-hand. I'm taking that into account and assuring them that their current weights aren't something they need to worry about. If they want to be lighter then go for it but they don't have to, they appear to be in the healthy weight range at most.

As far as I can tell Warrior isn't worried, he just wants back what was lost.

I would also like to try to get that, but as long as I just exercise I'm good.

Once or twice every month Sensei informs us before an exercise program that he wants us to not want to get out of bed the next morning. That's always encouraging.

I find once I'm awake then I'm awake. I can't sleep during the day and can only go to sleep if it's quiet.

Yep. I find that everyone I know can, and do take naps quite often. It's just not possible for me.

I cant take naps during the day, only in the morning.

I can fall asleep at any point in time these days, and I?m clearly not a parent yet lol
