Anyone got an opinion on what's happening right now with Julian Assange - Or anyone care? He's holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy, has been for many years now, but over the past month or so he's been denied visitors and internet.
IMO the timing correlates closely with his views on Catalan independence and it would not surprise me is this is all done through the Spanish govt. pulling the strings of Ecuador.

He sounds like a prick. We hear about him once in a blue moon even though he's from Aus so we don't really care about him.
Good on Spain for forcing Ecuador's hand. He's a criminal hiding away, who hasn't faced the consequences for his actions.

If you google the guys name you'll find out all about him, he's a pretty important character. Basically he is the guy behind wikileaks, the website which gets given information, generally about governments or big corporations which people that work for what to bring attention to their employers bad behaviours ...
