Preheat Oven to 350.
Come to a boil:
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Sugar
2/3 Water
2 Sticks of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
As you do that, make cinnamon sugar:
2 Cups of Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
As you do that, stir in bowl:
4 20oz Apple Pie Filings
1 Bottle of Hershey's Caramel Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
After syrup comes to boil, turn off heat and let cool for a few minutes. After warm to touch, completely dip big and soft flour tortilla in syrup. Once covered, pull out and put in one scoop of new apple filling. Fold in and roll to make enchilada shape. Once rolled, dip and turn in cinnamon sugar until complete covered. Put on baking sheet and repeat for another nine tortillas. Replace cinnamon sugar as needed since you'll use a lot. Once you have ten made on the baking sheet, place in over for 20-30 minutes. Once done, pull out of oven and let then cool off for a few hours. Once they have, dust them with some powder sugar.
So sweet. But oh so good.
