Yeah coz he lost the vision in his eye so he had less vision, the black was from his eye patch.
My favorite cut scene was probably when you meet Ocelot the first and second times, Big Boss just totally makes Ocelot look like a newbie.

yer i was laghting about that wen i sore that for the 1st time.
i think my fav is wen snake sopes the area by he's benaenlers and sees the bee hive and i can tell wat he's was thinking. (you see the smill on he's face?)

The best cutscene is Snake and Eva behind the waterfall and Eva removes the transmitter from Snakes back, it looks as if they are doing something very rude! It is hilarious!
