Yeah you can only fly to it during a mission. I have tired to fly there while not on a mission and I marked the exact spot on the map during the mission but it wasn't there you just keep flying and flying out to nowhere.

look on cheats with out cheating topic macky109 said you can fly there when you are on supply lines and can i do it when i have finshed supply lines when you go in the shop round the back is a red marker and you fly a plane so can you fly there in that plane because he said you can fly there in that mission

That's cool only problem is since I did all the missions I don't want to start a new game and go all the way back to the Saint Mark's Bistro mission just to get into liberty city.

im looking on the net now to know if anyone knows where to find the black hell hallway or what ever it is (do you know where it is ) its comes out the GYM on the first island you do the jet pack code and stand in the yellow marker and fly up but then where do you go because you can do it without doing the mission againg insted you just fly though the black hell and go that way but i done know where that is do you know where that is please tell me thanks if you do
