Is all your property upgraded (chicken house, barn,ect.)? that might help...

He is one of the hard ones....give him 5 curry rice...then a bottle of wine...then make sure you have a rug, big bed, 2 house upgrades, and then purpose, if that dosen't help, become friends wih ann....then give cliff some curry rice and wine, then purpose...that should work!

Use the feather infront of him like a tool. press b with the feather selected as your tool and it should perpose to him. ya i think the girl has to purpose. how wrong is that!

in spring every day give him all the bamboo shoots and in summer..grapes
fall...i think it was mushrooms....i think...
and in winter maybe some wine or just whatever u have! lol

Spring give him lots of flowers and bamboo shoots.
Summer give him wild grapes.(Flowers are optional)
Fall give him apples.(Flowers still optional)
Any cooking(except for buckwheat chips) any eggs, milk, honey or chocolate.
