No, they're the 3 islands off Grand Theft Auto 3. Portalnd, Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale.

The next one they make they could mix three different islands. Perhaps Los Santos, Portland and the last island on Vice City, can't for the life of me remember what it's called.

The third island hasn't got a name. But it would be a good mix of different sorts of times and locations to put in the game. One New york type city, one ghetto like city and one foreign, drug based city.
