After getting 20 stars, in the main lobby of the castle, a beam of light will be shining on the carpet. Stand on the carpet and press X and fix it to 1st person view, then look up at the source of light and you'll be teleported to the stage with the '?' button.

luigi u go into the ghost lvl and when u get luigi and the secons level of the castle there is a room with a miror , when u go to the right lokk at it and luigis pic will be warios( when u go through the door in the miror there is a star)
