i guess you havent learned complex numbers the answer to x^2+144=0
is (x=12i) they consider square root of -144 to be imaginary. the square rooting is done normaly but when you answer you add (i) to your answer ex: square root of -25 is (5i) and square root of -36 is (6i) etc dont try this to your calculator because its not set to complex numbers (if you have a graphing calculator set it to (a+bi) so you can solve these problems)
your question (20^8-x=0 --->simplify to x=25600000000)
