With or without cheats? and its called "Area 69". With cheats, it was 2 days then I left. Without cheats I lasted 1 day

I can stay there forever I guess. But I might die out of hungry. Just stand in the hangar. The cops can't enter the hangar area. But over the fences where the other building with the light towers. I don't know I haven't time myself.

You can stay there forever if you use cheats. You could leave the ps2 on, go on vacation, come back, and you would still be there.
