i just beat the part were get the oathkeeper chain from kairi and now theres a new place to go with the gummi ship but it wont let me go there. wtf do i do?

After you get the oathkeeper, you need to go back to Cid and ask him to install the block you got before you got the oathkeeper. Then you can use the gummi ship to continue on to the world.
