Help!!!!!!

i finally met my legendary dog but every time i go to the place the pokedex says its at it runs somewhere else
some advice please????????

oh, and also if i ever meet up with it can i catch it without a masterball?

well yes u could all u got to do is get a wabbofut and place it first in ur team then ur dog wont be able to escape because of its abillity,go to the unknown dungeon to get wabbofut.also uve got to think ahead look for a pattern say it said on the pokedex that he was in vermillion go there and see where he goes then fly somewhere else and then fly to vermillion and then fly to the place where it said he would be and u should find him eventually u should find him,p.s. if u do find him put his health to red and then try ultra balls!!!!!

try using a diglet with an ability of arena trap

all i did was teach a sableye mean look (or other ghost) and paralyzed him before he could leave, used false swipe against him and caught him. what i did is always fly to pallet town. then go towards him and try to cut him off

It always moves when you change routes, so try to trick it by staying a few routes away and get closer, he'll also move to you(sometimes).

PS. I just got accepted on team untouchables, they're great.
