Hi. I've not done this before, but I'm desperate to find out what's wrong with my Sims 2 for the pc. It used to work. We got broadband. I downloaded some new stuff and it started crashing. I got rid of it and followed all the instructions from the website. I've cleaned up my computer and re installed all programmes. I've closed all my security progs and any running progs and always defrag and clean my disc drive.....the game keeps crashing. I've now got the new open for business and I desperately want to play....Is anyone able to give me some advice????

Actully, you probably shouldn't ask for help on that here. your question is more technical, you should ask on a sims support forum or sumfin.
