my friend has the shotgun and he got it by using cheats.how do you gat it without using cheats

As far as im aware of, there is 2 shotguns, the one barreled one and the other one. The one barreled one is the one which you get when you kill the shop assistant in Ammunition and the other is on top of this construction part which is located in that private building with the gate, the one near when you take a picture of Casa in that baby suit.
If this doesnt help then my answer to his good shotgun is no and in order to get it would require cheats.

There are only two shotguns in the game, one is the normal one from Ammunation and the other is a double barrel one. I dont know what he is talking about but if im wrong then please post back.

You can get the good shotgun from Wayne after you kill him on the first island if you havent already done this mission, Hope this helps!

you can get a good shot gun by shooting the guy who works in that gun shop in the 2nd island!
