My starter(Torchick) was shiny. my Rayquaza is shiny. my Latias is shiny. I have a lot more shiny pokemon and I didn't use the Gameshark code for them.

it s random. i go to his battle(saved before obviosly) if it is not shinny(always >_<)i turn off and turn on again. it will appear 1 shinny but it take a very long time

restart and go to battle with the legendary u want. this work with the starter and with the beldum too. but for lati@s u have the best luck of the world.

Yes, because it would take A LOT of time to save and then find it, it even switches location when you turn off your game and turn it back on!

Cheating doesnt take the point out of the game, because the whole point of the game is for enjoyment, and if having a shiney is what makes you happy, then cheating to get it isnt a bad thing at all. It isnt like it's hurting anyone.
