When do you get the gummi ship that chip and dale say they are gonna make? what do you have to do in order to get it?

Final you get after the event at Memory's Skycraper, you it randomly activates when you go any form, I got it at Port Royal using valor.

Memory's Skyscraper is in The World that never Was, it's the spot with the big building. Now to activate it, you need pure luck, it's like going Anti Form, but when you do go Final, you learn it for good.
