I don't know about the either but the ppup I can help you on. You will have to berry mash with a friend to gain a pp up (I believe it about 3,000 mashes). If you don't know about that then go to the berry mashers house in cerulean city and talk to him. Other than that there is no way on leafgreen where you and get a suppling way of eithers. Try leppa berries. Trade with a friend who grows leppa berries. The berry forest rarely gives you those kinds of berries. You'll have to work with those two for now though.

use an action replay and make that what is available in the store .....
