your wrong,lapras would win because he/she would have ice moves and Ice is super effective againest water :P

ummmm....what ALTERNATE UNIVERSE DO YOU LIVE IN that ice is super effective against water ice IS frozen water so why would it be super effective in the game?

Yes, Lapras would win.
Charizard would kill Blaziken normally since he's faster and will strike first with Aerial Ace anyway. If Blaziken luckily survives though, he can kill Charizard with Rock Slide. It depends on the movesets and whether Blaziken's ****-poor Defence si actually enough to survive one Aerial Ace.

Here's one that is higley debateble: Kyogre vs. Groudon. Most would like to say Groudy can own Kyogre. Classic battle for Groudy vs. Kyogre:
Groudon goes first since faster: Uses Swords Dance or EQ.
Kyogre survives EQ or SD: Hydro Pump (if hits) would kill Groudy, as would Water Spout unless he is hit by an EQ first. Ice Beam also does a Hell load of damage.
This battle may depend on EV's or the movesets/ uses of moves. Very easily it could go either way.
