There is either Nightvision or Thermal in Area 69. I forgot. But I know there's Thermal goggles in Zero's RC shop. And OK.

You have to get like, 90% throught the storyline missions, then you in a way own it. It's got a gym, save point, swimming pool, everything. Now back on topic please!
