I have Yellow and Gold, and I wanted to trade. So I borrowed my sister's gameboy, and started the trade. I set it up exactly the way you're supposed to. But it kept on saying your friend is not ready, the connection has been lost, etc. I tried switching the gameboys, the link cable, everything. Has anybody else had trading problems like this? If so, do you have a solution?

ok look this is what you do you have to start the gold a little faster cause its slower then presume

Make sure your using the big globe trading poast instead of the one for only Gold, Silver and Crystal. And you need to start them at the same time.
