3: Yeah, there are lots of them, they are scattered all over the map and you can recognize them on a green pray-can icon on the map or a red wrench. Just drive in them when you are in front of them and when the garage opens.

It says in my booklet for the game that there are credit cards in the game.

I've never heard of credit cards for a GTA game. There's no cheat for gangs to stop shooting and go to a Pay n Spray, Mod shop (just install new parts on a car if possible), and your safehouse garages.

1)if you mean by credit card as swipe card then ask someone else
2)the yakaza theme (turns them all into triads with katanas and no guns along with black cars and motor bikes on the streets

1)Nope, I doubt there is such thing as a credit card in this game. It is most likely just a rumor.
2)Not sure there is a cheat for that, maybe you should browse the Cheats section in the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas link.
3)Yep, you can put your car in a garage, fix it at a Pay n Spray or you can install a part at the Mod Shop (I suggest just changing the color)

get your progress with millie u to about 70% (i cant remember it might be lower) or if you can't be bothered doing that just take milllie on a date and kill her,you get a phone call from woozie and you can go to her house and take it

What? In the game manual? Lots of things they say in the manual you can't use. It just says that to make it look like a travler's guide.
