even though, you have been banned before, so even if you were unbanned in april, you could not get any mod spots after the rule came out. you could in the period between your unbanning and the rule comeing out, but not after.

Even if you were unbanned in April and got your moderator spots back, you would have lost them when the rule came in.

No he wouldn't. The rule states that anyone who's been banned can't get any more Mod spots, but can keep the ones they've already got.

... There should be a edit button beside 'Add Quote and Reply'... Unless were your status is 'Banned' it has removed that ability... I will get Rich to fix that. ;)
