Well AR doesn't always work, but another way is to either go to a nintendo event or the Pokemon center in N.Y. But that's all I know.

There was a rumor circulating about getting the launch count in the space center in Mossdeep City so you can go to the moon to fight deoxy, but it's bogus. And AR or e-reader is the best way. I'll let you know if I find anything else out. Oh, also try nintendo events or the pokemon center in N.Y., as far as I know, they can upload him onto your game.

You must beat the pkmn league and have over 60 pkmn in your pokedex, then 1 of the dogs will appear randomly in any grass area of kanto. Which legendary you find depends on your starter. Squirtle-Raikou, Charmander-Suicune, Bulbasaur-Entei.

Sure thing, but that was the easy part, they run as soon as you find them (if you find it soon). Try using mean look or spider web to trap it. Oh, and after you beat the lague with 60+ pokemon you must consult with prof. Oak to get the national pokedex, without it the dog won't appear.

No, I didn't see team shiny Zapdos until I became an UT member. If I wouldn't have to quit team UT I'd also join(or create my own team), but I want to be loyal to the team.
