well when i got out of sewers, i just head straight to the arena then save before betting in case i lose the bet.when i got enuff decent armor and weap like silver longsword at lvl 0,ill just sign up as a combatant then kik butt til i ascend rank 3 time.during thta rising, i already lvled up 2-3 times.so my advice is the try out arena to lvl up quick,especially at high lvl

wel if that is the case i would suggest starting over or buying a mod from XboxLive and maby that would cancel out the bug.

[color=red][/color]O.K. guys this is one way 2 level up. first for thoughs having trouble with your blade and block skills go 2 the cloud ruler temple. 2 get in there u have 2 do some of the main Quest though, its after your done in kvatch. there infront at about 1:00 there will be 2 people training watch them for about a minute (dont move though gust make sure u can see both of them and look at 1) and It will say u raised your blade and block by 2 pionts each but u can only do this once. oh and open books some give you powers (1 power per rare book and only once in those tipes of books)
