Oh I dunno but as she's the gym leader of Ceruleon she probably went back there to do training and be the gym leader.

Yes she left to the gym then come back in a chapter when Togepi evolves to Togetic, but still they can�t beat a Shedinja, b�cause his Wonder Ward, wich is better than in the game it repels ALL damage, but Misty say "Go Gyarados, FireBlast" and Shedinja fainted, then after that she left again to travel arround the world, in Pokemon Cronichles, they show what hapen in Misty and Brock�s gyms:
Brock: Hismom was back and want to change the tipe of the Gym to Aqua, Brock�s Father chalenge to decide the type, but lost to a Azumaril, whit his Golem, Brock�s turn, he use Dig with his Onyx and all the water in the pool(b�cause she install one) disapear, so the mantine of his mom was beated, after that he left Onyx and geodude to his brother(one of them).
Misty: I just see a litle, Tod show up and the Misty�s sisters love him, my dad don�t let me see it �_�.
Edit: And i think Saphire has better history b�cause Fire/leaf is the same that in the old ones, but is a LOT better for training, in the Elite four 2R you beat lvl�s 60+

And also Join team Pokemon Masters

Well Brock is with Ash all ready but Misty has been replaced by May but i reckon she's just as good as Misty partly cause she actually does something. Misty only supported Ash but May actually does Pokemon Contests herself.

Yes she aport something to the history, but MYSTY RULZ, probably she never come back T.T. And Brock join again He has a Mudkip twice as big as normal.
