how do you unlock bowerstone tavern's cell in the back? also, how do you get a lamp?

You get the lamp after you graduate from the guild. It is in your other items. To get into the cellar (don't know for sure, just heard rumors) I think it opens at like midnight or something.

The tavern cellar doors are unlocked when the statue in Lookout Point is pointing at Bowerstone, which by the way, is at midnight.

btw, it doesn't have to be midnite to open it. I went there at about 9:00 at nite and it said the statue is pointing at bowerstone. it worked for me.

at like 11 look at the statue at look out point and it will be pointing at bowerstone then go to the cellar and it will be open

I got in in the day so I think that thing is a bust. Just randomly try. That is what i did. And I don't exactly remember but I don't think there is anything special down there.
