raise a trapinch to lvl 40 so that it can do good damage and because of trapinches affect arena trap latios won't be able to run get latios to 1hp and use a premier ball on i and there ya go.

He can Recover too. Wynaut also has an effect, Shadow Tag, that prevents escape. Basically any move or effect monster that can trap him. But if you go with move, you need a higher leveled one so you can use the move first instead of him runnin' away on ya.
