For some reason on my Crystal the cloning process doesn't work most of the time. The same thing happened to my friend, does anybody know why

The makers made sure you couldnt clone in Crystal like gold and silver. It still works sometimes if you're really lucky, but I wouldnt try it.

You can clone in Crystal, but it's all about the timing. Wait til the 'Saving...do not turn off the power.' fully loads, and about half a second after it fully loads, shut off your gameboy. Eventually, you know exactly when to shut it off to make it work.

i would say not to do it cause it might mess up your game but i'm not sure

I tried to duplicate on Crystal. In result; I lost my Feraligatr, who was holding my masterball. Has anyone had this happen? They just disappeared.
