You wanna submit stuff on the main site? Look at the top. Right under Gamecube, it says Submit Stuff. Use that link.

Okay, if you wanna answer questions, check out the questions sections of the games you like. If you wanna just submit a hint or a cheat, go from the Submit Stuff section. Your rating shows whether or not your answer helped someone. If it's high, that means it was a good answer. If not, then next time try being more detailed.

No. It's at your own liesure. If you want to, you can. Mos people just join to talk on the forums. Subbing is optional. And your rating doesn't matter.
