To get Final Form, just turn into any form after the scene in the World That Never Was where Sora fought Roxas. Final will appear randomly when turning into forms. As for Anti, i forget how to explain it, but i think johnkrill knows it.
Have you ever had something that you thought you had figured out, but then realized you had no idea?

Anti form, just keep using valor, wisdom, and fianl forms. Anti will come randomly. DON NOT USE FINAL FORM IF YOU WANT ANTI!

anti form is like a heartless form right? So why does he turn into a heartless? Oh Yeah and how come sometimes he has three eyes and a different body shape and attacks faster?

It shows up randomly every time you change into one of the forms, instead of Final.
