Suicune lv 87 surf, ice beam, hydro pump, thunderbolt
Raikou lv 73 crunch, thunder, thunderbolt, shadow rush
Entei lv 92 Flamethrower, Bite, Fire Blast, shadow rush
I found a cheat that lets you keep SHADOW RUSH.

Umbreon lv 99 Faint Attack, Moonlight, Bite, Ice Beam
Espeon lv 100 Psychic, Morning Sun, Flamethrower, Bite
Rayquaza lv 73 Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Fly, Crunch
I could do better.

Train them all to level 100. And make all upgrading moves into attack moves. And healing moves. (Dragon Dance=something fire or electric)
General, if you're not using it, could I have the army for a few days?
