For question 1) at what time do u mean since there are different numbers depending on what time, but i'll guess u mean from Episode 1.

Shaak Ti was actually only a Jedi Knight and I haven't heard of someone with Depa in their name....O_o I have heard of Luminara Unduli though.

3) Well his lightsaber skills really, the Dark Side of the Force and Makashi allowing him to duel equally with just about eveyr other Saber wielder.
